(hereinafter referred to as “Jinhong Jiemeng”), is pleased to announce the successful completion of the equity acquisition of Huai’an Shengma Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shengma Gas”). This strategic transaction marks a new chapter of collaboration and growth for both parties.
Following the acquisition, Shengma Gas has officially become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinhong Jiemeng. The company will continue its long-term commitment to providing reliable pipeline gas supply services to Jiangsu Huaihe Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huaihua”), a key member of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd.
This strategic partnership will support Huaihua in upgrading its energy management systems, optimizing its production efficiency, and enhancing its overall competitiveness in the chemical industry. In the near future, multiple existing air separation units located on-site will undergo comprehensive upgrades and technical transformation, aiming to build a model benchmark facility within the industry.
