Propylen

High-Purity Propylene is an electronic specialty gas produced by Jinhong Gas using patented purification technology, with a purity of up to 99.995% (4.5N). Process

Jinhong Gas adopts a mature process that combines multi-stage adsorption separation and multi-stage rectification technology. The feed gas first passes through a dedicated molecular sieve adsorption system to deeply remove impurities such as moisture and carbon dioxide. It then enters the core cryogenic rectification system, where a light-component removal column and a heavy-component removal column precisely separate components with different boiling points—light components (such as H₂, O₂, CH₄) and heavy components (such as C₃H₈). This process ensures the continuous and stable production of high-purity propylene with a purity level of 4.5N.
