Recently, Jinhong Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinhong Gas”) and Shandong Ruilin Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ruilin Polymer”) reached a new consensus on their cooperation in industrial gas supply.
According to Ruilin Polymer’s long-term development plan, and following in-depth evaluation and joint planning, both parties have decided to upgrade the capacity of the originally planned 23,000 Nm³/h air separation unit to 50,000 Nm³/h. This major expansion will significantly enhance pipeline gas supply capacity, supporting Ruilin Polymer in tackling the challenge of resource utilization of high-sulfur petroleum coke. Through the POX (Partial Oxidation) process, this feedstock can be converted into syngas, thereby reducing dependence on traditional energy sources and cutting overall carbon emissions. The upgraded air separation plant will provide a reliable and sustainable gas supply foundation for Ruilin Polymer’s future growth.

This project marks another milestone for Jinhong Gas, following its 70,000 Nm³/h air separation project in Yingkou, Liaoning, and represents a new benchmark in large-scale on-site gas production.
